Stimulate Critical Thinking Skills

A series of five- to ten-minute activities, called ThinkIts, are designed to help students think creatively and critically. Teachers can use this content type as a quick-and-easy resource to provide open-ended questions that encourage higher-order thinking skills and stimulate discussion around language arts, math, science, computing, matématicas, and Learn English topics

ThinkIts are great for:

  • Morning warm-ups or "bell ringer" activities
  • Extension activities for fast-finishers
  • Exit tickets to assess understanding
