PlayLive is Launched!

We are pleased to announce that PlayLive is now live! An online mental math arena, it allows students to practice their mental math skills and compete against each other and the clock in real-time. 



Available FREE to all math subscribers, PlayLive provides teachers with an interactive alternative to regular mental math or facts tests and will be ideal for use in the math center or as a free time activity.


How to Find PlayLive
You will find the Play Live button accessible across 1st – 6th grade Math on the Subject select screen.

i love play live when we have inside recess my kids all at once got on the computer or a laptop and get on education city and go to play live its like a mad house and its super quiet

I was thinking that it would be cool to add a Language Arts version of Play Live that is a spelling game.

This is my home this week! My son lacks confidence, he just asumses he won't be able to read it. He just entered 1st grade. Tues morning he picked up a Junie B Jones book and has fallen in love with it! He is so proud of every page he completes. So proud of him!

Thank you for your post. We are planning an upgrade to My City and you will be able to add Play Live to your My City in the near future.
