If you’ve forgotten your password, we need to reset it for you.
We can do this if you click ‘I’ve forgotten my password’ from the front New Buddy/Log In page. The system will ask you for your Username, which means either your Buddy Name or Parent Username, and then the email address that you registered with.
Due to our encryption systems, which ensure password security, we can't remind you what your password is.
We also can't reset your password unless you have an activated account with us. This is due to privacy and security reasons. If you've forgotten the password of an unactivated account, you'll therefore need to create another buddy to continue playing games.

You can log in by clicking on Play Now at the top of the menu, on Login at the top right or by clicking on the EducationCity.com Kids Click here icon on the right.
You will need the Buddy Name/username and password that you gave us when you created your buddy.
EducationCity.com is unique as it is fun, educational and good value.
Kids love the animated games within the world of EducationCity.com, and love our lively Gang, made up of Stig, Sten, Manu and Klara and the adventures they have.
Kids are so engaged by the games’ content, that they scarcely realize that they are learning and definitely aren’t aware that the topics covered actually link to the language arts, math and science they are studying at school.
What’s more, membership to EducationCity.com is great value for money. It typically provides 2 academic years’ of games, but we actually offer much more than that as when kids complete one set of adventures, they can move up to the next set at no extra cost up to three times.
Creating a buddy is FREE and will let you play a limited amount of games as well as participate in the EducationCity.com community activities. To gain access to the hundreds of games within EducationCity.com, however, you will need membership.
A 12-month membership to EducationCity.com, which is hosted in Great Britain, costs GB£29.95 (approximately $49) per child.
You will create a buddy when you first enter EducationCity.com and he/she will represent you in the world.
You will give your buddy a name (your username) and this will never change.
Your appearance and the password, that you protect your buddy with, however, can change as often as you want them to.
EducationCity.com is a new website, which offers kids unlimited games to play within a completely safe and ad-free environment. Kids create their own buddies to play with, earn stars for performing well on the games and can take part in the many puzzles and competitions that it runs via its blog.
It’s created by the same expert team as the school version of EducationCity.com, the award-winning resource used in over 15,000 schools, and follows Stig and Sten’s adventures as they leave the City, flashing back to times gone by with their games, that are educational, engaging and fun.
Membership to EducationCity.com is hosted in Great Britain and costs £29.95 (approximately $49) per child for a period of 12 months.
This gives your child access to unlimited games designed specifically for your child's age group and allows them to fully participate in the EducationCity.com community, its puzzles, brain teasers and competitions.
To play in the EducationCity.com world of Stig and Sten, you will need a broadband Internet connection, and the following on your system:
- Adobe Flash Player 10.2
- Adobe Reader 9
- For Windows-based PCs: MSIE 8+ or Mozilla Firefox 2.0+
- For Macs: OS:X-10.4 min., Mozilla Firefox 3.0+ or Safari 3.0+
For 100% functionality, you will also need a sound card installed.
EducationCity.com is safe for all children.
It complies to COPPA legislation, is a strictly ad-free zone, filters and physically moderates its blogs and gallery, and encrypts all its user passwords so that they are 100% secure.

You need to follow 2 simple steps to become a member:
- Create your Buddy
To do this, click Home, then select the New Buddy arrow and follow the instructions.
Once in the EducationCity.com world of Stig and Sten, click the Activate Your Buddy button at the bottom of the screen to save your buddy, and an activation email will be sent to your parents.
- Become a Member
Once your account has been activated, log in, click the Become a Member button and choose your membership package.
You will be asked to supply some basic information and payment details, and will then receive confirmation of your membership by email.
As soon as your payment has gone through, you will have access to your games!
One of the requirements to use EducationCity.com is Flash. Unfortunately Apple have chosen not to allow the use of Flash on both of its devices so EducationCity.com will not work on it.
Both Windows 7 and Android 2.2, however, do support Flash, so when they launch tablets and phones like the iPad and iPhone, you should be able to use EducationCity.com directly on them without the need of a special application.
The games within StigandSten.com are practically a curriculum in themself. By being pre-ordered by difficulty, they become progressively more challenging as kids play through them and build on the knowledge they’ve already gained.
The games are based on the standards and curricula from Great Britain, but are not aligned to any particular state.
Play Live is a game designed to develop mental math skills, in which players have just 60 seconds and 3 lives to answer as many questions as possible.
It’s a game of speed and mental agility, whether you are playing against another child or the computer!
It will be available through the home version of EducationCity.com in the fall of 2011

The only physical component required to use EducationCity.com is Adobe Flash Player. Therefore if you do not have it installed on your PC, you will need to download it.
